Exchange
● We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand's sizing.
● Exchange Request will be offered within 7 days from the date of delivery.
● Customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing.
● To initiate an exchange, please email us at customersupport@cloutjeans.in , provide all the necessary details.
● No exchange request will be catered for the sale orders.
Return
● Email us at customersupport@cloutjeans.in including your order number and clear details of the defect.
● For defective items, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our logistics team.
● Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly inspect it and provide a resolution.
● No return request will be catered for the sale orders
Annual brand Sale Rules:
● All Sales Are Final Please note that items purchased during the sale are non- refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged.

● No Cash on Delivery Cash on delivery is not available for sale orders. All orders must be prepaid

● Shipping : The team will be devotedly working towards shipping all your orders in batches.
